Two of the main reasons why we have chosen to live in Civitella are firstly the marvellous position amongst the hills, the peace and silence living in the natural countryside away from civilization.
Secondly its strategic position near all the important centres in Umbria such as Gubbio. Assisi, Perugia and other medieval villages.



We have three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin (we can add two more beds if necessary) ,and 2 bathrooms.
The rooms are on the first floor and away from the family home thus offering privacy.
They have central heating and are furnished with the care of a private home. They have parquet flooring, are peaceful and have panoramic views.


Stanza Rossa:

 

 

A contrast between Venetian red and the colour of the earth for the walls; an extremely comfortable bed, wooden beams that give total rest to the body.
With a panoramic view over the hills of Umbria, the small private terrace is the perfect place for your romantic breakfast.


Stanza Dorata:

A room where the colors of joy explode : stimulating yellow and harmonious green.
Furnished in an ethnic style with a beautifully decorated bed.
The balcony has a marvellous view of the green woods and the sunflower fields.


Stanza Arancione:

 


Orange - the color of the sun and the peace that gives serenity and harmony, with furnishings in traditional and ethnic style.
From here there is also a panoramic view on the hills of Umbria.

Room with en-suite bathroom.

This bathroom is in common for the guests staying in the Stanza Rossa and the Stanza Dorata, but it is so beautiful that it is not a problem!
The box shower is ample and comfortable and entirely decorated in mosaic. Just have a look!
